Shipping

At DeeLuxe Perfume Oils, every order is prepared with care to ensure your fragrance arrives beautifully and securely packaged.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We understand that mistakes happen and will do our best to assist. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us right away after placing your order.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Delivery

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.DeeLuxePerfumeBar is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information. DeeLuxePerfumeBar is not automatically responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for lost or missing packages.

Please note:
Claims may take up to 30 days to be processed,depending on the carrier

Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier


NO REFUNDS 

Replacements ONLY

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume oils, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer a replacement.

    •    Please email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

    •    Include your order number

    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified, a replacement will be issued promptly at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered for damaged items.


Lost or stolen 
If your order has been marked as delivered but you never received your package. Please check with USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
